Nationwide Click and Collect Delivery
OMNINELA has teamed up with Pargo, a smart logistics firm based in South Africa, to offer consumers the ease of Click & Collect delivery.
PICK UP POINTS
Customers of OMNINELA will now have their favourite health devices shipped to any of over 3000 pickup points around the country as a result of this relationship.
These Pargo pickup locations encourage customers to pick up their online orders at convenient locations such as SPAR, Caltex and a local grocer at a time that is convenient for them.
CUSTOMER CONTROL
"This partnership gives customers that are on-the-go complete control of their deliveries, allowing them to plan their days around collection instead of waiting on a delivery." said Ricardo Lognath Director of Omninela Medical.
Customers will still get their OMNINELA orders shipped using our courier partnerships to fulfill Door-to-Door deliveries. Omninela's partnership with Pargo means that even more customers can have access to low-cost delivery that suits their needs and provides another degree of comfort.
CHEAPER DELIVIERIES TO NON-URBAN AREAS
Small towns and remote areas are also notoriously expensive to deliver to. Click & Collect, on the other hand, overcomes these obstacles by allowing customers to select a nearby delivery location that is most convenient for them.
HOW TO CHOOSE A PICK UP POINT
On the OMNINELA.CO.ZA website, customers can now select Pargo Click & Collect as a delivery option once they have reached the checkout page.
After payment is completed, Choosing this option will open a map of over 3 000 pickup points to which customers can have their online orders delivered.
