An 'order confirmation' email will be sent to you once the item is purchased.
Reply via email to the 'Order Confirmation' email that you have received, with the following details:

Your Medical Aid Scheme
Your Membership Number
Your ID Number
Illness / Reason to purchasing this device (Ideally a Doctor's Certificate with an ICD-10 Code pertaining to your ailment)
The above details will be filled in on a Tax Invoice
You can submit to your medical aid for a reimbursement (subject to your benefit plan and what the medical aid will cover).

4.Submit the Tax Invoice to your medical aid within 1 month of purchase.
