Beurer IH 40 Ultrasonic Nebulizer | What's In It: S2 Ep4

 

The IH 40 from Beurer, which is the ultrasonic nebulizer maybe something for you. This is going to be an ultra Sonic nebulizer, and because it's ultrasonic and not using compressed air. You're also going to get an extremely quiet system.

Maybe something for you to consider and today's video, we're going to have a look at some of the features of this device and also some of the items that come included inside of the packaging so that you can find out if this is a suitable item for you having a look at some of the features on the outside of the box.

We can see that this is going to be an ultra Sonic nebulizer, and because it's ultrasonic and not using compressed air. You're also going to get an extremely quiet system. So if you are looking for an nebulizer to be as quiet as possible, then this may be something for you. Along with this, you've got a nebulizer performance of approximately 0.4 millilitres per minute.

So if your doctor has recommended a certain output from the nebulizer, then take this amount into considering. You've also got a large list of accessories that come along with us. So we've got a mouth piece. You've got your adult and children's mask, which haven't elasticated the head strap at the back of it.

You've got your connectors for your different attachments with the tube. You've got 12 medication containers and you've also got two air filters, which do come inside of the box. So on this device, you're also going to get a five-year guarantee. Okay. So let's dive into this box and find out what items are included with everything opened up. We can take a look at it. So firstly, we are going to get our instruction manual. Very important for you to read through the first time you get your device, it'll teach you exactly how to set up the device for the first time it's full functionality and also how to go about cleaning and maintaining the device and all of its accessories. Next, we can see that we have some of our face mask.

We have our adult face mask and children's face mask right here. And both of them had an elasticated headband and a reinforced silicone nose bridge. Next, we can see that we have our extension tube and our connector that will connect over to our mouth piece or to our face masks. Whichever you choose.

You'll also have two photos in here. So this is a replacement filter, and one filter is already built onto the device. Next we have our power adapters, or this is a South African two-pin plug to your DC input. And this input into the bottom of the nebulizer itself. We've also got a few medicine containers that come with it. So the medicine containers we'll also have some graduations at the front side, and those graduations will signify two millilitres over to eight millilitres. And that's where you can fill in some of your liquid medications.

Firstly, you'll use your DC input and input that underneath the device right there. Next you'll be able to fill up your purified water up to the next line that you'll see inside of your container. You'll also be able to use one of your medicine containers, put that in right there, and then fill up the liquid medication that you need to fall inside of your nebulizer.

You can then secure your topical. Once that's on you be able to use your tubing. And for that on top of the cover, then you can use your connector to attach to the end of your tube. And I'm going to use the mouthpiece for this example that will attach into there.
