Oral nutritional supplements is just one form of nutrition which can be considered for cancer patients if they are not able to get enough calories during treatment. Their adapted nutritional composition may add to your dietary needs and can be used as supplemental food in case of malnutrition. There are milk- or fruit-based oral nutritional supplements and some products may even replace entire meals if eating is difficult. Be sure to consult your doctor or dietician for the right amount of supplements in your daily diet – oral nutritional supplements work best if they are part of holistic nutritional counseling.
If enriching your meals is no longer sufficient, oral nutritional supplements (in form of liquids, semi-solids or powders) are a good option to meet your nutritional needs for macro- and micronutrients. These supplements often contain all the nutrients your body needs. Continue to eat normally while including supplements. Whether taken on their own or stirred into food and drink, they give you power for your day.
You may experience pain while chewing, sores in your mouth or throat, constrictions in your esophagus, or pain while swallowing due to the side effects of the disease or treatment. If you are a patient with head and neck cancer, you may be in the typical patient group that receives nutrition via a feeding tube, known as enteral nutrition. This involves using a thin tube to administer a ready-made liquid nutrient mixture directly into your stomach or intestine.
For some patients, enteral nutrition is their only source of nutrition, but for others it may only be used as a supplement to ensure basic care. You can still eat and drink the things you like, even when using enteral nutrition as a supplement. Remember, enteral nutrition is often only a temporary solution and you may be able to return to your regular diet when the side effects are no longer a constraint.
A well-balanced diet rich in nutrients won’t cure cancer, but it can help give you the energy you now need more than ever. The better your nutritional status, the better your body can take the strain from surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and also the better your immune response functions.1
Proteins help to protect our cells, heal wounds and build up the muscles. If your body doesn't get enough protein, it may break down muscle to get the fuel it needs. This may negatively impact the time it takes you to recover from illness and also lower your resistance to infection.
When you have cancer, your need for this important nutrient increases2: While 0.8 – 1g of protein per kg of body weight per day is sufficient for a healthy person, in cancer patients, this requirement is increased to 1.2 – 1.5g per kg per day. This is due to increased inflammatory and immune reactions in the body. Moreover, your muscle mass must be constantly protected from loss. This means your diet must be particularly rich in high quality protein to meet the increased demand.
Sources of protein include fish, poultry, lean red meat, eggs, low-fat dairy products, nuts and nut butters, dried beans, peas and lentils, and soy foods.
Fats are used to store energy, insulate body tissues, and transport some types of vitamins through the blood.
For many cancer patients, fat is a particularly recommended nutrient. Because of the changes in your metabolism, it is a better energy provider than carbohydrates. Additionally, fats provide essential fatty acids and transport fat-soluble vitamins. Though the exact amount of fat you need every day is different, people with cancer should modify the quality and quantity of fat in their diet. In all case, ask your doctor or dietician about nutrition counseling and advice.
Different fats have different properties that determine their nutritional value. Certain omega-3 fatty acids play an important role in a healthy diet: They help positively modulate the inflammatory response, lower blood pressure, stabilize cardiac function and may even prevent depression. Furthermore, they can stimulate the appetite and may help increase body weight.
Carbohydrates are a major source of energy. They give the body the fuel it needs for physical activity and proper organ function. Starch and sugar are the main sources of carbohydrates in our daily diet. Our brain in particular needs sugar (glucose). When we get tired or hungry, it’s possible our blood sugar level has dropped.
Valuable sources of carbohydrates are fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. They also supply needed vitamins and minerals, fiber, and phytonutrients which are bioactive substances (e.g. antioxidants) synthetized by plants. Other sources of carbohydrates include bread, potatoes, rice, spaghetti, pasta, cereals, corn, peas, and beans. Highly processed sweets such as desserts, candy and drinks with sugar supply calories but provide very little in the way of vitamins, minerals, or phytonutrients.
Fiber is a plant component that the body can’t digest. Altough fiber does not provide significant amount of calories it is very useful to us, since it regulates digestion and can improve digestive health, immune protection and our blood cholesterol level. Dietary fiber is also the nutritional basis for our gut bacteria, called the microbiome.
Vitamins and minerals are essential substances that the body needs but with the exception of Vitamin D can’t produce itself. Natural foods contain many vitamins. For prophylactic or therapeutic purposes, vitamins and minerals are available in form of pills and liquid supplements.
You will typically obtain plenty of vitamins and minerals if you eat a balanced diet with enough calories and protein. However, it can be challenging to consume a healthy diet while receiving cancer treatment, particularly if you experience side effects. In these cases our doctor or dietician might advise taking a daily multivitamin and mineral supplements. Tell your doctor if your food intake has been restricted for several weeks or months as a result of the effects of the treatment. Checking for vitamin or mineral deficits may be necessary.
In case you are considering taking a supplement, make sure to discuss this with your doctor first. Some cancer patients take large amounts of vitamins, minerals and other dietary supplements to try to boost their immune systems or even destroy cancer cells. However, some of the substances can be harmful, especially in high concentrations.
Water is the main component of our body and vital to your health since all body cells need water to function. Water also transports nutrients. You can get fluids from the food you eat, but in addition, you should also drink several glasses of liquids each day to ensure that your body cells get the fluids they need.
In case you are vomiting or have diarrhea, or even if you are not eating enough, you may need extra fluids to keep your body functioning.
A diet, based on the principles described above and adjusted by your healthcare team may help you avoid the negative effects of malnutrition on tissues, body structures and organ functions. Studies show that the overall outcome of the various steps in cancer treatment (from surgery to chemotherapy) may be better if the patient’s nutritional status is consistently maintained.1

Outsmart yourself by placing snacks throughout your home, ready to eat and tempting. Fill your fridge with delicious items. If you need to be more structured, you can come up with a plan and set an alert to remind you. A two-hour rhythm has been shown to be effective, that is, breakfast at 8:00 AM, first snack at 10:00 AM, second snack at noon, hot meal at 2:00 PM, etc.
Try to make food attractive for you again. We know that taste not only comes from your tongue but also from your mind and memories. Have you ever taken a look at a dish with the food very nicely arranged? You feel like you can already taste it just by looking at it. Use this effect. Make your food a feast for the eyes. Take the time for preparation.
Create a nice atmosphere, such as by decorating your table. Use a tablecloth, light some candles, or maybe listen to some background music?
Can’t stand the smell of some foods? Take care of all your senses and try to find out what smells are still comfortable for you. You might try eating raw vegetables at first and then gradually get back to cooking your meals as your smell aversions get better.
For some patients, meal delivery services come in handy as it eliminates the smell of cooking at home. There is a wide variety of meals that can be delivered, so you can create the right variation for you.
Prepare fresh, quality food you otherwise may have denied yourself. Fresh herbs stimulate your senses and take you on journeys of culinary discovery.
Don’t pressure yourself about eating. Small bites also count. Many cancer patients have problems eating three big meals a day. So, don’t mind changing your eating habits from three large meals to six to nine small snacks. Adding more but smaller portions to your daily diet may feel much easier to manage.
Enjoyment requires focus. Give the taste of the food your undivided attention. Looking at the newspaper, the TV, your phone or the computer takes away the opportunity to truly perceive that you’re actually eating.
Even when you’re not able to eat a lot, you can still share a daily event with them and talk about interesting topics in a relaxed atmosphere. But avoid people and topics that aren’t good for you. Make sure that your loved ones know the topics you want to leave out and what you want to talk about instead.

So if you have been looking for a reliable non-contact thermometer, or that's particularly suited for babies and young children, which comes with a five-year guarantee, then the Beurer FT 90 Non-Contact Clinical Thermometer, may be something for you to consider.
Having a look at some of the features noted on the outside of the box, we can see that the FT 90 is going to be able to measure body temperature, object temperature, and room temperature. So this is very handy because if you are going to be using it on a day-to-day basis, You'll be able to do things like measuring the temperature of your baby's milk. You'll be able to measure the temperature of the room that your baby is in, especially coming around winter and summer times.
And you'll be able to measure the temperature of your baby, him or herself. With this, we can also see that it is a non-contact thermometer up to two to three centimeters. That's the best range to use it between. And we can see that it also indicates a smiley face or a sad face. What the status of your baby's temperature is as soon as it would go over 38 degrees, you also have an alarm that would sound and a sad face that would show up, making it very easily recognizable that your baby does have a temperature at that moment on this we also going to see that we've got 60 memory spaces.
If you are measuring and recording what your baby's temperature is, you've also got an auto-off function, which is always good to have. You've got your batteries and your storage case in here and you've also got a five-year guarantee on this device. So if there were any manufacturing defects with it. Come back to us, let us know, and we will be able to help you out from there.
Let's open it up and find out what is included inside.
Let's have a look at what we have. So firstly, some highlighted notes from Beurer regarding the use of a non-contact at the monitor and also what factors affect the accuracy of a non-contact monitor that you should definitely read more. At number one, we've got the temperature differences within the body versus the skin ambient or room temperature, and also cleaning and maintenance of the device. All very important.
Next, we've got the user manual, which will teach you exactly how to set up the device for the first time and also how to make full functionality and use of the thermometer. Next, we can see that we have the thermometer in a very nice hardcover plastic case here, which is going to come in handy when you need to store the device away.
You've also got a small indicator reminding you to hold the sensor about two to three centimeters away from the surface of your baby's skin. Having a look at the device itself immediately we can see that Beurer has gone with a much more neutral and passive design on this compared to the gun-type shape that we have seen on other thermometers.
So when using it gets a bit less scary and less. On the front side, you're going to have your scan button. You're going to have your power often on the button, your mode button, and also your light and set button. You've got a good-sized screen on this. And on the back end, you've just got your battery compartment, which has a bit more of a matte finish. And that will just allow a better grip on the device when you are using it regularly. So with that said, that will be the unboxing of the FT 90 from Beurer.
Today we're going to unbox the Beurer PO 80 Pulse Oximeter which is Beurer’s premium line of pulse oximeters. We'll have a quick look at the features of the PO 80 and also what items come included inside of this package here.
So if your doctor has recommended you to get a pulse oximeter, and you've been looking around for a device that's reliable, accurate, and also has a few features that you may not find on any other pulse oximeter out there, then this would be a video that you want to watch.
So straight off the bat, we can see that the PO 80, instead of coming with replaceable, triple a batteries, they've gone with a lithium ion rechargeable battery that will be built into the device itself.
And this goes hand in hand with. Regarding this device specifically. With this device, you have a function that allows you to continuously monitor your measurements.
And with that, it can also sound an alarm. If there's a sudden spike or drop in your. Which makes it an ideal device for someone who needs to constantly monitor themselves, maybe it's during sleep and you suffer with sleep apnoea.
This would be able to sound an alarm if your pulse rate dropped immediately for no reason.
So with this, you've also got your retaining strap, which will allow you to just move around with it. And keeping a strap attached to it. And you've also got your belt pouch.
So the belt pouch is a small pouch that I'll show you very soon and that'll have a belt strap on it so that you can hook it on to your belt if you need it to.
This device also has a five-year guarantee. So if there are any manufacturing defects with it within the next five years of you purchasing it from us, we'll be able to help you out with it. So let's have a quick look at the items that do come inside of the packaging.
Now that we've got everything opened up, we can have a quick look at it. So we have a hard metal case and you'll be able to keep all of your accessories in one place using that handy case.
We've got your instruction manual, which is very good to read through on your first startup. It will teach you how to set up the device for the first time and also get the most functionality out of the device that you possibly can.
We've got our retaining strap that will come with the device and also the pouch that has the belt loop. If you are going to be on the go with the device next, we can see that we've got our pin plug.
This will allow you to charge the device because it's got the USB outlet on the backside of it. Next will be the USB cable itself. And this will allow you to do two things. One charge the battery on the device and to transfer data from the device over to your software, which could be on your PC.
So, the Beurer health manager software is what you can use on your PC to transfer real time data from the device over to your computer that you can use to record it for yourself or send off to your door.
Lastly, we've got the device itself. So we've got a device that is going to be a plastic build all around the screen is the biggest screen that we have seen on a pulse oximeter in Beurer’s range.
And this is because it's going to give you a few different visuals on the information that you can get out of it. So always good to have the option. And we've also got an interior, which is where your fingertip would go, that has a rubber finish to it.
So this is nice because if you are going to be wearing it for a long period of time, or if you are someone who has sensitive skin than a softer rubber finish on the inside is going to be really worth it in the longrun.
On the PO 80, we can also see that if you are someone with a larger finger, it not only opens in this direction, but it also opens in this direction.
So if you do have a much thicker finger than I do, then you would ideally have it lift up and also onto your finger, like so. So very good. Out of the PO 80.
You're just going to have the alarm speaker right here. And you're also going to have the USB input. That'll go right there and that'll allow you to transfer data back and forth. So that is the PO 80 from Beurer.
Thank you so much for watching. And until next time, I'm Nicolas from Omninela Medical, reminding you to Live Limitless.
Today we've got the Beurer BS 99. This is the illuminated cosmetics mirror. This will definitely be the mirror for precision work. If you do need to find out a little bit more about this product and additional features, you can always have a look. All of the information on our website.
So here we are, we've got our Beurer catalog and that just outlines a few other items that you can get from Beurer. We've got this, which is our South African two-pin plug. So this is a mains adapter. And basically what this will allow you to do is around the lighting for the mirror, either by battery, which is three double batteries, which you also do get in it, or via mains.
So if you going to be working on your makeup for a prolonged period of time You know that you've got a set and solid amount of supply to power going into the led lights right here. If you are going to change out the AA batteries, we'd always recommend going with Energizer max AA batteries.
And we've also got our user manual, which you should definitely go through. It will give you a good overview on how to take care of the products and how the general overview of the products would work. If you are going to use it on a day-to-day basis. I've left this plastic on because this is literally the only thing that was small enough for me to unbox.
As you can see, the size of the mirror is a very good size, and I think it had to be a size that was significant enough for you to be able to sit at a table and still work with it. So we'll have a quick look at this. So off the bat immediately, what we have is if I show this to you, You'll see that there is a very strong magnification going on with this. So this has five times the magnification capabilities of your standard mirror.
And what that means is. If you are working right here, you can basically see that that is the magnification that you're going to get from my hand. So ideally, you're going to want to work with this quite close to your face, and it's going to be something that is going to be for precision work. So a day-to-day mirror, this may not be the day-to-day mirror, but this will definitely be the mirror for precision work.
As you can see it really Blows up everything that's in front of it around here. We've got the led strip. It's a very nice white, soft light that you're going to have, which if you're going to be doing makeup, it's going to suit your needs perfectly on the backend. We've got your battery pack. That's going to go in here, which will be three AAA batteries. We can see that the entire motor. Does leann. So let me see how far this goes.
Basically past 90 degrees is where you're going to get it to. I'm not sure why you'd needed to go that far, but if you do, it goes all the way past 90 degrees and you can find your perfect position. If you were sitting at a table, then table height, this would work perfectly for you.
You will have all of your tools and your makeup and accessories and the salts set directly in front of you. So perfect height there. Accessory wise and aesthetic wise, we've got a beautiful Chrome finish that goes along the stem and the base of the mirror here.
And on the back end, we've just got a matte silver colour along the backside of it. If you do need to find out a little bit more about this product and additional features, you can always have a look. All of the information on our website. And also with this, you're going to have a few other features that I just want to finish off on firstly, a three-year guarantee.
So if there's anything that goes wrong with this from a manufacturer's point of view, that there may be an issue with it. You've got your three year guarantee on this mirror. So, you know, it's going to last you for that time. And you've also got an auto off function.
So that's perfect. If you know, it only takes you about 10 minutes or less to complete one application of your makeup. This will easily turn everything off for you.
And if you do need it to be on longer than just hit the power button again, it'll turn back on. And you've got another 10 minutes of working time. Other than that, that will be the overview for the Beurer BS 99.
Thank you so much for watching. And until next time, I'm Nicolas from Omninela Medical, reminding you to Live Limitless.
We have the Beurer BC 50 Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor and this is the blood pressure wrist monitor. So if your doctor has recommended that you monitor your blood pressure, but your upper arms are too large for traditional blood pressure cuffs or if you're someone that is on the go very often and traveling a lot and you don't have the space to put a desktop blood pressure monitor, then a wrist monitor is something that would be right up your alley.
So with this, it's a lot more sleek and light and easy to move around with carry and monitor. What are we going to do today with this is a quick unboxing to find out what features it has, and also what comes included inside of this packaging? We can have a quick look at all the features from the outside. With the BC 50, we see that it's our first entry into the recognition from the European society of hypertension. So the previous lower models didn't have.
The BC 50 has a slim design, which is a bit slimmer than the previous models, which is always nice. If you're going to be carrying it around. It's got the time and date functionality, and it also has memory spaces for two different users.
Each user has 60 memory spaces in the slot. So connectivity-wise, it's good to note that the BC 50 does not have your Bluetooth connector or USB connectivity.
So you're going to end up making use of the memory spaces that you do have here. If you're going to be recording your previous Measurements. the cuff size on this is going to be 13.5 to a 23 centimeter. So before you purchased this, make sure that you do fit between that diameter of cough. Has one of the best cuff diameters on it, better than the BC 40 and better than the BC 32.
This is a registered medical device and it's also got a five-year guarantee on it. So if anything does happen to it, if there's a manufacturing defect with it during these five years, you can come back to us, let us know, and we'll be able to help you out with it. So without wasting any further time, let's dive straight into the box and see what comes with the BC 50. Okay. So now that we have everything in front of us, we can have a quick look at it.
Firstly, we've got a few of our Beurer warranty cards and catalogues. If you are interested in having a look at the rest of the Beurer range, we've also got the instruction manual, which is really important. So you'd want to go through your instruction manual to get a good understanding on the setup of the device and also the full functionality of the device. So you know exactly how to use it. Very important.
You've got two triple a batteries, which come included with it. And if you are going to replace these, then you'd really like to look towards something like the Energizer max AAA batteries. They've got a good lifespan and a good output of power.
So I definitely recommend that. next we have the case And the case that we have here is a hard plastic. With a white matte finish on the outside, gloss white on the inside.
So something very handy. If you're going to be tucking it between luggage, it will keep your device safe and we then have the device. So immediately we can see that we've got a much larger screen size on this with our risk indicator, running down the side, our memory, one memory two, and also our power button. And that will be our unboxing for the BC 50.
If you think I missed out any information in this video, then please share that in the comment section so that we can get back to you directly, alternatively, to shop or to find out more, you can head over to our website, Omninela.co.za.
If you did enjoy watching this video and would like to hear more from me, then please leave us a like, and subscribe we'd really, really appreciate that.
Thank you so much for watching. And until next time, I'm Nicolas from Omninela Medical, reminding you to Live Limitless.
Today we have the SI 40 steam nebulizer from Beurer. That's basically what it looks like. So we're going to do a general unboxing of this and give a simple overview of the item itself.
So let's go ahead and have a look at the unboxed item immediately. Okay. So these are going to be all of the components that come inside of our box. And what we have is all manual.
That's going to give you a very good overview of the product itself, the cleaning, the maintenance, and the different components that are going to be inside of the product.
So it's a very good to have a read through the manual so that you know exactly how to get the most out of this unit. You've got your mask and your mask is going to be a silicone material, a soft silicone material, and very clear and transparent.
And lastly, we've got the nebulizer unit itself. So on this unit, I'll start taking it apart and very quickly so I can show you the insides of it, but the mask is going to be very easy to disinfect, take off an on, and this is just going to fit on to the top like that And what we have is a wall South African standard, two point plug.
We're going to have your aroma reservoir or your salient reservoir. And we'd always recommend people to use saline only with this. And if you are going to use any aromas, then just make sure that they are the liquid themselves.
And you're not diluting it in water. What can happen from time to time is that if you do put a little bit of an essential oil or an oil based solution inside here, and you put maybe 25 millilitres of water, you're going to find that the oil is going to.
Remain on the top level of the water and it's not going to be able to be sucked up correctly into the nebulizer itself. So we recommend this for salient first. And if you do have an essential oil, then make sure that it's not a thick liquid, it's very thin liquid. And that's what allows you for the different.
Variations of aroma inside of here will be if you've got menthol solutions that you can put inside of a liquid that will also work well, and it will be absorbed well inside of this tube that allows the entire unit it's aroma. So we'll put this back here, looking at the rest of it.
You've got the off an unbuttoned right here, and basically it's a one switch to turn on. And one switch to turn off. It's going to take about two minutes to heat up to the water temperature that will start giving you the steam.
And when the steam does start coming out, you can use this adjustment right here. For less or for more steam or something in between of those two levels.
So a very good way to just find out exactly what you're looking for and set it exactly to that. One of the very important points about this unit is that it's steam.
Consistency is very good. So you're not going to get. Over flooded with a huge gust of steam that may be too hot, so you can control the variation and the volume of steam. And you can also control how much of steam and how long you are on it.
And also always remember. Work from further away first and then lean in towards it, just so that you don't get the full brunt of the temperature of the steam onto your face.
When you are opening the unit up, there's going to be a small button here, basically, if you press and hold down on to that button, it'll release the entire upper half of the unit. Like that. And what we've got inside here is our water reservoir, which will have water inside here.
It takes about 25 millilitres of water inside here. And we've got our suction pipe that will also allow it to blend with the aromas that you do put in. So that is. The general overview of the item.
That click back in place, otherwise aesthetically. So the entire item is a gloss white finish, which is nice because it makes it very easy to clean and disinfect. The weight of it is around 650 grams.
So just over half a kg. Uh, so if you do have to move it around, it's still pretty light. And as you can see, it is a good size. If you're going to have it on a desktop table, whether it's a dining table or whether it's a work table that you're going to be using it will work for you.
So that will be the unboxing for our SI 40 steam nebulizer from Beurer. Thank you so much for watching. And until next time, I'm Nicolas from Omninela Medical, reminding you to Live Limitless
We are going to do an unboxing of the Beurer PO 60 Pulse Oximeter and this is the middle tiered. Pulse oximeter in the range of pulse oximeters. So we're going to find out what features the PO 60 comes with and also what's included inside of this packaging.
Okay. So if your doctor has recommended that you monitor your oxygen and heart rate, then this could be something that you would like to look into. So if you've been looking for a device that is reliable.
Pulse oximeter in the range of pulse oximeters. So we're going to find out what features the PO 60 comes with and also what's included inside of this packaging, if you would like to buy one of these.
So having a quick look from the outside, we can see that this has your pulse curved display. So it'll show you your pulse or your heart rate displayed on the screen of the device.
It also has bluetooth. So the connectivity from this is Bluetooth to your smartphone that will connect into the Beurer health manager app.
If you are someone who wants to record your readings to your cellphone, to show your doctor, or if you would like someone to be monitoring you from another room.

Today we've got the Beurer BM 58 Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor, and this is one of the upper arm blood pressure monitors. So if you have been recommended by your doctor to get a blood pressure monitor, or would just like to check and monitor your health from the comfort of your own home
Have a look at the features of this product and what items come with this product, having a look at the outside of the box and the features that are listed on it. We can see that this comes with a 22-to-30-centimeter blood pressure cuff.
So, you'd always want to double check the arm size that you are going to be testing. And if you are someone that has a larger arm size, then definitely check it because this is on the more medium Size bracket.
This also has two different users that can be registered on this device. And each user has 60 memory spaces that they can save the recordings inside here.
You've also got your risk indicator. So, on the screen of the device, you're going to get a risk indicator, which shows you the severity of your blood pressure at that exact moment of testing. And it's also got irregular heart rhythms.
So, if there is something going on, irregularly with your heartbeat, this will be able to tell you so, and you'd be able to tell your doctor from there on it's also got a nice, extra-large displays. So, this display is very large.
And once we open it up, you'll have a look at what I'm talking about. But it's also got a black backing where the bright white text. So, if you are someone that has difficulty reading text on a screen, then this would be something that is ideal for you.
This also does come with four double a batteries, which is the primary source of power for this, and also your USB cable, so that you can connect this device to your computer and use the Beurer health manager App.
To download all of the readings from here on to your computer and send that to your doctor if need be. So, let's open this up and have a quick look at what comes with the device.
So now that we've got everything. Immediately, we can find our instruction manual and that will give you all the instructions that you will need for the use and set up of the device. So do go through that. It is extremely helpful.
Next, we've got the blood pressure cuff. And as I mentioned earlier in this video, it's a 22-to-30-centimetre cuff. Next, we've got our AA batteries and it comes with this pack. If you are going to replace it, then make sure that you replace it with something like the Energizer max AA.
It's got a good lifespan and also a good power consistency. Next, we can find that you've got your USB cable that will connect from the device to your computer and the application that you will hear, then your computer will be the Beurer health manager app.
And that'll allow you to transfer information from the device over to your computer and track that or send it to your doctor if need be. Next, we have the device itself. And immediately we do notice the large screen that is on it. And from here, what we're going to have a look at is the back panel of it. So, one interesting thing is that.
This Double as a cuff holder. So if you do know that you have the cuff out quite often, and you're going to be testing quite often, then this is just a handy place for you to keep your cuff so that it is together with your monitor. Underneath the cuff holder will be your battery compartment.
That will be where your four AA batteries go. And on the backside, you've got your USP input and also your power off and on which will power on and off the device itself.
Whenever you do need to use it on the side, you've got your input and your tube will connect directly. And two on the side and here you've got your DC input.
So, if you do have a DC cable that runs to a Power supply. Then you can use that directly inside here, having an overall look at the item.
You have your power button and your memory button that you will use to control the device. It's a slick gloss black that we have on the sides and the bottom.
Surrounded by a matte finish on the sides. So that will be the general overview of the BM 58 that we have. Thank you so much for watching.
So if you have been looking for a baby monitor one, which has multiple power options, visually displays your baby's activity levels, and also has a bunch of additional great features, then the BY 84 baby monitor from Beurer may be something for you to consider. So in today's video, we're going to unbox the BY 84, having a look at some of the features noted on the box of the BY 84, we can see that the BY 84 has a feature that will show you the activity levels of your baby.
So depending on whether your baby is asleep a bit restless or awake and crying, You will visually be able to see that on your monitor? What do you also have an 800-meter range within it works and you also have a feature called range control.
So if there is any drop between the signal connection between your monitor and the baby monitor, your monitor will sound a lot of acoustic alarms to let you know. Some signal has been dropped and you need to double-check the signal connection between them, both, which is a very handy feature to have on it. We also have adjustable volume and adjustable sensitivity. So depending on how sensitive you need the baby monitor to be, you can adjust that appropriately. And depending on how loud you would like your monitor to be.
Now inside here, we also are going to get 16 pilots, tones, and two different channels, which will reduce the chances of any signal interference. We are going to have a three-year guarantee with this device. So if there are any manufacturing defects with it, let us know about it and we'll be able to help you.
Another good feature to note inside of this will be that it has a handy belt clip. So if you are on the move around your house, or if you do need to clip it on a wall fixture near your baby, then that will help you out. Let's get into it and find out what items are actually included inside of this package here with everything opened up in front of us, we can have a look at it. So firstly, we have your instruction manual. Very important for you to go through. It'll teach you how to set up these devices.
Maintain them and also get the full functionality out of them. Next will be our power options. So Firstly, we have DC power options, or this is a south African Tupac plug to your DC connector, which can power each of these monitors. Next will be your rechargeable batteries. So you get one set of triple a rechargeable battery. Which keep in mind, can't be exchanged for any other rechargeable battery. And it can only go into one of these monitors at a time. My preferred option is actually disposable batteries.
Something like the Energizer max AAA battery into both of these monitors would be the best option. The reason being is if there is an electrical outage during the night, Your DC won't provide any power into your baby monitor and your baby could be in distress in another room without you knowing about it. So if you do get the disposable batteries, the monitors themselves have a low battery indicator to let you know when the battery is.
For you to change the batteries in both of the monitors at the same time, having a look at the monitors and we can see that a yellow antenna signifies that that's your baby's monitor and the white internet signifies that that's your monitor.
So having to look at the baby's monitor and we can see that we have your microphone right here, screen right there, your channel one or two of settings, and also your sensitivity dial that you can scroll up and down on, depending on what level of sensitivity you would like from the. You also have your belt strap or wall Mount on the back of it and your battery compartment or right there on your monitor.
It's a very similar setup. You have your screen, which will show you your baby's activity. You have your speaker. Channel one or two settings with your volume dial on the side instead of a sensitivity, Doug, and your belt strap or wall Mount. However, you'd like to use it along with your battery compartment on the back end and also your DC input on the side. So that is the unboxing for the BY 84 from Beurer.
Okay. So if your doctor has recommended you to get yourself a nebulizer, maybe it's because of asthma COPD, smoking, or even any other lung disease that you may currently have and trying to overcome, then the IH 21 from Beurer may be something for you to consider. So in today's video, we're going to unbox the IH 21. Find out what features the device itself has, and also what items are included inside of the packaging so that you can find out if this is going to be a suitable product for you.
So just make sure that that aligns with the recommendation that your doctor has given you for what nebulization performance you are going to need. It's also got a bunch of accessories that do come included inside here. The accessories are your mouthpiece, your nosepiece, adult mask, and a child's mask with a strap included, the atomizer 10 filters, and the host that will connect your mask to your nebulizer.
And here, we can also see that you have the ability to nebulize liquid medication, which will definitely come in handy depending on what your doctor has prescribed to you. You've also got a particle size of around 3.07 microns with a very high proportion of respirable particles. The good thing to keep in mind. With this, you've also got a storage compartment bolt in on the front of the device, which we will see as soon as we open this up, and inside of that, you can keep your different accessories and also your power cable.
Having a look at some of the accessories that come included here. And you can see that you have your children's mask, you've got your adult face mask and these face masks are going to be a silicone build. With an elasticated headband, and a wire nose bridge on the top of it. Next, we can see that we have our compressed air tubing and these have two connectors. This connector will go into your nebulizer and this connector is going to go into your atomizer.
Right here we can find that we've got the atomizer and this breaks up into two portions, your upper portion, and your lower portion. Now your low portion is actually going to be the area where you'll be able to insert your liquid medication. And you've also got some graduations right there in milliliters.
From 2 milliliters up to 8 milliliters that you will be able to measure on and use when you are including your medication into this, having a look at some of the extra accessories, and we can see that it comes with a Mouthpiece and also a nose piece that has a rubber guard on it, which will make it a bit easier for you to clean when you need to. You've also got a few additional air filters right here. So nine air filters come as a replacement and one is already built inside of it.
Having a look at the device itself, and we can see that you are going to get your standard South African two-pin plug to power up this device on the back end of it you're going to get a small opening right there, and there you will be able to tuck in your cables and your plugin too. So we can see that you have your lid on the top.
You just open up your lid, you have your storage compartment underneath. You’ve also got your off and on. And a cap for your air filter with a single air filter already built inside of it. You've also got your output for your compressed air right there. And that will be where you attach this side of the connector right into it.
So having looked at the set-up of this, I'm going to give you a quick breakdown of the setup. Firstly, you've got your atomizer. You can go ahead and open up your atomizer and fill up any of the liquid medication that you need to fill inside here. Close that up and keep it aside for now. Next, we can focus on the tubing. So you'll be able to insert this side of the tubing connector into the output of the compressed air. And you'll be able to run it through the opening that we have right there. Close the lid up again, plug this side into the underside of your atomizer itself. And then you'll be able to choose from one of the attachments to attach to the atomizer. So we can go ahead with the mouthpiece and plug that. The last step from there will just be for you to plug in the two-pin cable and press start. And that will be the setup and unboxing of the IH 21 from the boiler.

So always have a quick read through your instruction manuals. It will always be beneficial. We've got a Beurer catalogue, which shows you a few other items that come inside of the Beurer range. Batteries are AAA batteries. So it's two AAA batteries and that comes included in the box.

It will come with the batteries included and the USB cable included in here and also has a five-year guarantee. So if there are any manufacturing defects with this device in those five years, then you can let us know about it and we will be able to assist you. So let's open this up and find out what items are included inside of the packaging. Now that we have everything in front of us, we can take a look at it.
So firstly, you've got your quick start guide and this is going to help you understand how to start up the device for the first time. And also your way around, more importantly, you've got your user manual. So you use the manual to actually show you how to go about using the device in different methods and also the full functionality.
We can also see that we have a CD that is included inside of this packaging. And this will be for the Beurer cardio expert software that you can load onto your computer. If you're going to be exporting information from the device to your company.
That being said, we've also got our USB docking station and cable, and this will allow you to connect to the device itself and export data over to your computer. This device is battery operated, so we can see that we've got our two 30 volt batteries that are here.
And these are 2 x 3V CR 2032 lithium batteries. So we have one set here and we've also got a replacement set that comes inside of the soft case that we find inside of the packaging. Lastly, we've got the device itself and for the device, we'll take a quick walk around.
So on the top end, we can see that we have our electrodes on the bottom and we're going to have our sensor. On the side of it, you'll have your USB inlet right there. And on the front side, you're going to have your screen and you're off and on the button on the back. You'll just have your battery compartment and that's where you'll be able to insert your batteries into. So that will be it for the unboxing of the ME 90.
This video is going to be an unboxing of the Theragun wave solo to find out what features the massage gun itself has and also what items comes included.
OK, we have an exciting product with us today and it is the Theragun wave solo from Therabody. So, with the wave solo we're going to have three different vibrational intensities that you can choose from and also customize using the Therabody app that you can get on your cell phone and sync to via Bluetooth.
With the Wave Solo, you're going to get 120 minutes of battery life and that depends on the vibrational intensity that you're going to be using the device onto.
When it comes to size, the wave solar is around 8.6 centimeters, which is around 3.4 inches, so it's a good size for you to be able to get to the tight spots and still roll around on top of with the wave server, if you are going to be using it against your skin directly, then good news for you.
It has a hypoallergenic textured silicone finish all the way on the outside. We can see that we're going to get this matte black texture on the outside, and it's pretty nice because it continues along with the theme of Therabody. Inside we're going to get a few different items.
So firstly, on top you're going to get your card, which is going to tell you a little bit of a story of Therabody themselves and kind of their mission of what they're trying to accomplish through the entire Theragun range.
Next, we have a card which is kind of a handwritten card. By the creator of Therabody. And here we have a little sticker which you can put anywhere that you would like and we have a card here which is a promotional card for the Therabody app and for you to download it either from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and that will give you the full functionality of the wave solo to your app and for you to be able to use the programs.
They call it a quiet roll technology and what this is? Is it's a place that muffles all of the vibrations that come from the device itself? So if you have it against a surface that you are applying pressure onto, then it absorbs a lot of the vibrations that come from the device itself, which is pretty good if you're going to be against a loud surface or kind of a surface that might rattle, like a wooden surface. Here we can also see that we're going to get our power button, which is going to double as your intensity button to change the intensities and you're also going to get your USB type C, which is how you'll be able to charge your device.
On this side, we're going to have some Therabody branding here, and you're also going to have some of the certification and serial numbers of this device.
Now the audibility of a massage gun, especially something this portable, is something that you would want to factor in and take into consideration.
And I’ll show you a small demonstration with it being against the table, so we're holding it against the quiet roll side and this is what it sounds like. Now that's it, being on the quiet roll side and you can barely hear that there's a massage gun slash ball on a table. If I turn it on to any other side, like maybe just one of these blank sides here.
Lastly, I would really recommend that you download the Therabody app and sync it to your Theragun wave solo so that you can get the best use out of this device. There's so much of good information, programs and routines all built into the app which synchronized.
Would this when you're doing a massage session? From the app, so definitely get it. It will improve the way that you work with the wave solo and for now, that's it for unboxing of the Theragun wave solo from Therabody.

So would this, if you were going to exchange them, try to look for something like the Energizer Max AA battery, that will be the best lifespan and also the best power output.
You also have your callous files. So we have one coarse callous file built-in already. We have another coarse callus file here. And one fine callous file there. If you need any replacements on these callous files, then you can come over to our website Omninela.co.za and just type in MP 28 on the top search bar. And then the Pomabrush and branding on either side is also a glossy finish. That's so So Apple, like you know. And on this, we've just got Matte all the way around for the promo clip itself.
Okay, now, this isn't a formal unboxing of it, I will do a formal unboxing of it. But this is it still just my reaction. Now. It's a complete image of the Pomabrush itself. That's brilliant. Hey, okay.
And on the inside, we have Welcome to the Poma family, and some of your instructions on how it works. And also what's in the box and some of the main features of it. So, okay, that blew my mind. It's been a while since I've had a user manual. blow my mind the way that, that did. Right? Not too sure. Okay. This is it's a replacement head for probably what we're going to get when we open this up right now. Okay, so USB type C, right there. And this is a replacement silicone head, I didn't expect it to be that slick.
Oh, wow, look. Okay, I like that. silicone bristles, brush head. So this is a replacement. And they've even got the name, Pomabrush on the packaging itself. I really liked that. Okay, so having a look at the device itself. Man, this is just premium hey. Aah that’s brilliant so there's this beautiful gloss finish on the inside. Whereas, you know, it contrasts the outside so nicely with the matte texture on the outside.
Now you've got this glass texture on the inside, which I'm guessing would probably also help out. If you did put the brush back into the case, and it was a little bit wet. I'm sure the gloss will just allow the moisture to just run off immediately.
And this is amazing. So Matte across here, you have some Pomabrush branding right there. And you've also got some form of Pomabrush branding on the front. Can I start it up? Whoa. Okay, that is very powerful. That is very powerful. Like, you won't understand, but if I put it on the table, you might kind of understand. Okay, I'm not even sure And there are also some LED lights right here. So okay, before I even get to the LED lights, because the magnet is at the back of the Pomabrush on the handle.
There's also a magnet built into the case. So as I place it into here, it pulls in the brush, and then the LED lights show the current charge status of it. And also that it is charging the brush as we speak right now. Another thing that was very interesting was the closure on it. Now, a lot of companies spend a lot of time getting the closure on the devices, right? .
All right, Pomaclip user manual, again, continue the exact same theme that they did. So we have the Pomabrush, and also the Pomaclip, magic, magnetic Pomaclip Paul Were you in one reaction video. I hope you enjoy it and please stay tuned to the rest of our channel, I will do a formal unboxing of this inside of our what's in it series. So keep an eye out on that and also keep an eye out for a review for the Pomabrush to come in the future.

So if your doctor has recommended that you get yourself a nebulizer, either because of asthma COPD caused from smoking, or even if you're trying to overcome a lung disease right now, and you'd like a nebulizer that is small and lightweight enough for you to travel with, then the IH 55 from Beurer, maybe something for you to consider.
Having a look at some of the features noted on the outside of the box and we can see that the IH 55 is going to be operated by a vibrating mesh. So this is your nebulization via diaphragm technology. And with it, you're going to have a nebulization performance of about 0.25 milliliters per minute.
So if your doctor has recommended a certain output to come from the nebulizer, then you can cross-reference this with their recommendation. On this, we also going to have a self-cleaning function with the IH 55, which is definitely going to come in handy, especially because this is for the nebulization of liquid medication. So to be able to clean that out would be very useful. We can see that we have a few accessories that are included inside of the packaging too.
So we've got our mesh nebulizer, you've got your mouthpiece, and also an adult and children's mask, both of which have an elasticated head strap on it. Looking deeper into it and we can see that this is going to be for the treatment of your upper and lower respiratory tract. So because of that vibrating mesh technology, it's a much quieter device than some of the previous devices. And we've also got an LED indicator, displaying the operating status of the device. So with this, you're going to get your batteries and also your main parts. Included here is also your storage bag for accessories and remember that the IH 55 comes with a five-year guarantee. On the backend, we're going to have the release clip that will open the lid of the medicine container and on the back here, you're also going to have your release button, which will be able to release the medicine container and the mesh atomizer.
And depending on the status of the device, it will light up in different colours. So blue indicates that it is ready to go ahead and nebulize. Next, we have our USB, so this is what you will use to charge the device and this is a USB A to a USB C connector.
Which is always handy to have around. Then we have our adhesive gel pads. So these gel pads will be the adhesive between the electrodes themselves and your skin. Next, we can see that we have the device itself.
Now I'd like to point out a few things. Firstly, the material on this. So if you also want, who has more sensitive skin, Beurer did go ahead and create those with medical-grade silicone. So it shouldn't have any irritation on your skin when you are using the device.
So we've got a very flexible, as you can see medical-grade silicone. On the backside. It's just the soft silicone on the inside we have our electrodes left and right down the central area is our heating pad itself. And that's the area that will actually heat up on the front side. We can see that we've got some of our function buttons, so intensity up, intensity down, our power button, and that power button will also allow you to select whether you want heat by itself, Tens by itself, or heat and tens working together. On the underside, we can see that we have the port and that port is going to allow you access to your USB type C connector for you to charge this device. And that is it for the EM 50 from Beurer.
If you have been looking for a device to help you out with a full-body workout, which includes a virtual coach for muscle training, muscle recovery, and regeneration, then the EM 95 from Beurer might be something for you to consider. And that has 20 different workouts and 50 different exercise routines broken up into two different categories. So fitness and power and relaxation and wellbeing, depending on your training level, you can also choose between a few intensities. So beginner, advanced or expert.
You've also got statistics that can be output from here. So you'll understand where you currently are and also your progress as you continue to get more fit. With this , you've also got a few accessories included inside of the packaging. So you've got eight adhesive electrodes, and those will be placed in different muscle groups, depending on the workout that you'll be doing.
You've also got connectivity. So you've got four channels that this device can connect out from. And each of those channels are individually adjustable. Inside here. You also going to have your three year guarantee on this device. So if there are any manufacturing defects with the device itself, you can come back to us, let us know, and we'll be able to help you out from there.. Yeah. So let's dive into the box and find out what is actually included Inside of this package. Let's take a look at everything.
Next, we can see that we have some of our electrodes, so there will be four electrodes in here. Another four electrodes inside. And if you needed air placement on these electrodes, which you may need after 20 uses, then you can come through to our online store, Omninela.coz.za. just use the top search bar type in E M 95 and you'll be able to find some replacements on these. Moving on. We can see that we have your connection cables and your connection cables are going to be color-coded.
So these are your arm cuffs and your leg cuffs, which is going to look exactly like this. Take note, this gold-ish silver area is actually the area where the electrodes are active. So you're going to have to wet this, either with a damp cloth or a spray bottle. So you actually activate the connection between these electrodes and your muscles. So all of that instructions are inside of your manual, have a look at it and you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. So you've got your tie cups right here, and you have your arm cuffs, right there. I'll slip them together again.
Lastly, we've got the device itself. So on the device, you can see that you've got a very nice large screen. You've got buttons that will indicate your intensity for each of your different channels. On the bottom side, you've got your USB type C connection that's going to go in there for charging the device itself. On the side, we have no ports, on this side we have no ports on the top, We have no ports.
You're going to find your belt strap. So in this, you're going to see that the belt strap on this is something. Our loops are on the back instead of a clip. And that's because you're going to be very active with this device and you actually going to have to run a belt through this for the device should be properly secured. And on the front, you're just going to have your off and on the button and also your back button. And that'll help you just navigate through the device and also choose which workout routine you need to be working on at that time. So that is the EM 95 unboxed from Beurer.

Having a look at some of the features noted on the outside of the box for the IH 60 and we can see that we're going to get a compressed air technology for its nebulization. And because of that, we're going to get a very silent device. Inside of the IH 60.
We can also see that this is going to be a rechargeable, lithium-ion battery that will be built into the system itself. So if you are someone who didn't want to be dependent on a power adapter, or even dependent on batteries alone, then this might be the sweet spot.
Looking deeper into it. And we can see that the IH 60 is going to come with a range of different accessories and I'll show all of those to you as soon as we open up the packaging, but we can see that the IH 60 is also a recommended device for the treatment of your upper and lower respiratory tract.
It's also got a particle size of 4.12 microns and a nebulization performance of 0.25 milliliters per minute. So if your doctor has recommended a certain output from a nebulizer that you need to have, then just cross-reference this with the 0.25 milliliters per minute, so that you know that this is a suitable nebulizer for you, in here will also be included a storage bag and a carry case just for ease of use.
And with this, you've also got a five-year guarantee. So if you had any manufacturing defect with the device within the next five years between you purchasing it, then you can come back to us, let us know about it, and we'll be able to help you out from there. Now let's open it up and find out what comes included.

It'll teach you exactly how to set up the device for the first time its full functionality and most importantly, how to clean and maintain the device and all the accessories that come with it so very important for you to read through.
Next, we have some of the accessories that come with the devices. And we can see that we have the atomizer unit. And on the bottom half, you are going to have your medicine container. So this is where you will be able to fill in your salient solution, your distilled water or liquid medication, or even a mixture of both, depending on what your doctor recommended, the dilution of that to be on the front side, we can see that we have a few graduations right there, and those are going to be from two milliliters all the way up to six milliliters for you to be able to put the correct amount of liquid into here.
So we have our adult mask and also our child mask, both of which have a wire nose bridge on it and an elasticated headband. We've also got our mouthpiece, which is still going to be the preferred attachment for a nebulizer. And we've also got a nose piece, which has a gel insert. So this will just make it easier for you to clean and also a bit more comfortable when you are going to use it. We've also got the compressed air tubing.
Next, we have the nebulizer itself, which is very light and also compact. So we can call it a travel nebulizer, but it has the shape of something that you would want to keep on a desktop or a tabletop when you are using it.
Next, we can see that we have our input right here for our compressed air, which will be via this side of the tubing. And you've also got your air filter cap with a single air filter built inside of it right now. So these air filters should last you for about a hundred hours of use or at least one year.
